Materials

Birch Ply

We use the finest quality Baltic Birch ply, the 18mm Birch ply is 13 laminates void free BB Grade quality. Depending on the job we use 12mm, 15mm 18mm 24mm and 36mm thick sheets. By request only we also use Medite MDF.

Transducers

We design cabinets for specific models and makes of drivers and compression drivers. From the likes of BMS, B&C, 18 sound, P Audio, Faital Pro, Fane, PD the list continues. We can use drivers to suit your budget and needs.

Paint

We use 3 types of paint depending on your budget. A water based high quality speaker box paint Warnex, as well as a 2 Part PU based chemical paint, and also offer through a 3rd party Line-x tour coating.

Electronics

We use Neutrix connectors in all cabinets these include nl4's and nl8's where requested. And can make custom patch panals to suit your needs.

Hardware and fittings

We offer 100's of variations and hardware options, from Top Hats, Handles, Cabinet Feet, Castors, Hinges, Fly Ware, and various options for fixings like T-Nuts Bolts Inserts ect.

Custom Fiberglass

We make all fiberglass moulds and can design moulds to your spec, and cast from moulds in house, We also undertake repairs on fiberglass horns.

What type of wood do you use?.

We only use the finest quality Baltic Birch Ply in our builds, We also use other sheet materials based on the job, like MDF.

Do you have the plan for (x) speaker cab?.

We have hundreds of plans, designs, from hand drawn doodles, to full cad draw renders. But sadly we dont share these plans

We are based in Hayes, Middlesex, London, England.

What is your opening time?

We are available 7 days a week via email, phone and via appointment only.

i got one of your cabs, and want to build another one?.

All our designs are built in house, we would be happy to build you more. Our designs are not free plans, so we wont give you the legal ok to copy our works.

I have an Speaker cab that is produced by another brand, can you build me more cheaper?.

Sadly no we cant help. We would be breaking the law.
